Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for FM Helpdesk Services;
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails and reply to users directly;
  • Provide support and solutions to users on FM work requests;
  • Maintain all necessary record under SAP and Internal Systems;
  • Monitor the day-to-day FM operations;
  • Monitor the performance of cleaning, moving, security, landscape, pest control and other services contractors;
  • Assist to prepare service contracts;
  • Assist to handle pre-management of new buildings, including defects handling;
  • Organize and co-ordinate school events and activities;
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties; and
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager/ Head of Project and Facilities Management


  • Degree hold in Facility / Property / Housing / Estate Management / Business Administration or related disciplines plus at least three year’s relevant customer services experience;
  • Possess hands-on MS office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently;
  • Pleasant, responsible and detail-oriented;
  • Green card and First Aid certificate is preferred;
  • Willing to perform duties in irregular hours is required;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua /Mandarin.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Facilities Management Officer
