Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the services teams to ensure the Services are delivered in compliance with the SLA /statutory requirements/ Ordinances and achieve the KPI targets
  • Deliver excellent service to meet Client’ expectations and provide operational activities/exhibits/events interface for the facilities management and technical support
  • Monitor and liaise with the Relevant Parties to deliver services on time and closely monitor quality control and progress of works
  • Set up mission and target, and prepare documents including policy, management plan, SOP, guidelines to guide facilities management services delivery
  • Deliver effective communication through advice, contractor performance review, meetings, briefings, correspondence, monthly/ad‐hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate
  • Prepare management reports monthly and other reports when required
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Facilities Management and/or Property Management or equivalent
  • Holder of relevant professional qualifications in Facility / Housing / Property Management such as CFM, FMP, MHKIH, MCIH, MRICS, IFMA, HKIS, RPHM or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in manager grade of facilities management
  • Experience of delivering services by using an integrated computerised system / application, such as Archibus, Maximo will be an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented, strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Capable to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
