Facilities Manager (M2-CAD)

  • Degree holder preferably in Property / Estate Management;
  • At least 3 years’ managerial experience in property management, preferably in managing commercial properties;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office.

 Job Duties:

  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of the Headquarter;
  • Monitor the progress of renovation and relocation projects;
  • Supervise the operation of estate management and venue leasing;
  • Prepare budget and tenders for maintenance and alteration works;
  • Develop best practice and guidelines on maintenance and implementation of environmental protection;
  • Assist in projects related to building management;
  • Outdoor work is required;
  • Need to work overtime;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Working Hours:44 hours per week

Working location: Kwun Tong

Remarks: Applicants with less managerial experience will be considered as Assistant Facilities Manager.
