Out client, a prestigious property leasing company is urgently looking for a Facilities Manager to join their office in Central,, HK.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the building management office and responsible for overall facilities management and up-keep the A-grade commercial portfolio in Central 
  • Supervise a team of direct staff, maintenance contractors and technical staff on a daily basis
  • Compile standard document/record and procedures to ensure they are strictly followed by all means
  • Plan and carry out preventative inspections, arrange upgrade and improvement works if needed
  • Manage and audit out-sourced contractors and suppliers
  • Arrange tender/contracts, monitor and follow up the progress and workmanship of office reinstatement and improvement
  • Handle tenants complaint and positively carry out corrective actions
  • Coordinate with leasing team for property viewing and hand-over inspections and procedures
  • Liaise with government authorities and public bodies when required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 12 years of experience in facility/property management in grade-A commercial properties
  • Professional qualification is required - RPHM or HKIFM or MHKIH or MCIH or RICS etc
  • Wel versed with property management laws in relations to building management and maintenance, such as Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency English and Putonghua is needed
  • Holder of valid driver license is a plus
