Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the incumbent will assume overall responsibility for the management and operation of a diverse portfolio of the Group including office buildings, shopping malls, commercial buildings and serviced apartments in Hong Kong. He/She will oversee the day-to-day Estate Management and Technical Services, to provide a full range of services in the highest standard.



  • Degree or above in Surveying, Facilities Management, Property/Housing Management or related disciplines;
  • Holder of relevant professional qualification including HKIS, HKIH, CIH, RPS, RPHM;
  • Minimum 10 years of property management experience for established developers in Hong Kong, 5 years of which at a managerial level;
  • Practical hands on experience in managing grade A commercial properties are essential;
  • Proven competence in the management of multiple teams and discipline;
  • Good analytical mind with systematic approach to problem solving;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details are required;
  • Knowledge of E&M Service, Building Ordinance and related legislations are preferred;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
