About the role:

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment.

What this job involves:

  • Carry out inspections on facilities in campus
  • Provide routine facilities management service to campus
  • Monitor and schedule the Preventive and Planned Maintenance Programme to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs
  • Lead a team of skilled front-line staff to carry out daily operation, repairs and maintenance works to ensure the facilities management services meeting customers’ needs
  • Assist in dealing with emergency and arrange ad-hoc repair and liaise on any outstanding Work Orders
  • Prepare reports about opened and closed work orders
  • Keep good communication with clients. Ensure feedback from client is recorded and actioned to satisfaction
  • Act as customer interface to ensure provision of efficient, safe and cost-effective services in accordance to customers’ requirements

Sound like you? To apply you will have:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Facility Management, Property Management, Building Services, Hospitality or other disciplines
  • A minimum of 1-year relevant working experience in facilities management or related field
  • Strong communication skills, customer service skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
