Facility Engineer

Job Description:

1. Manages the maintenance of all facilities such as air conditioners, air compressors and boilers per design performance specification
2. Improve the energy efficiency of the company's high power consumption facility in order to decrease the energy consumption
3. Lead the facility team to perform regular maintenance activities to the air conditioning, purified water systems, air compressors and boilers
4. Lead the facility technicians to maintain the design specifications of the production area, such as the pressure difference, temperature 
5. Manages the supervision and optimization of the all facilities such as air conditioning, purified water, air compressor, in order to meet the GMP requirements

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or above
2. At least 5 years’ working experience in the maintenance of plant facility and automatic industrial machinery and 1 year working experience in pharmaceutical or food industry is preferred
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
4. Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
5. Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
