Facility Manager / Assistant Facility Manager - Technical

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tenant’s fitting out work, landlord’s works as required and proposed asset enhancement initiative in a timely and efficient manners and in accordance with statutory requirements
• Plan and monitor annual budgeting for landlord’s works’ to ensure the required works are within budget and schedules
• Prepare and review on quotations / contract procurement in categories of works are in accordance with the corporate policies
• Monitor the performance of services vendors and develop for continuous improvement of service level to meet stakeholders’ objectives
• Liaise with Building Manager / Project Manager to propose asset enhancement initiatives and / or building improvement works
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Facilities Management, Building Studies, Surveying or other related disciplines
• Member of IFMA is an advantage
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience with major property developers or the Landlord’s side
• Knowledge of lease agreement, Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Customer-oriented with good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills and self-motived
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and able to manage daily activities using various systems, including but not limited to AutoCAD
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience  and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Facility Manager
