On behalf of our catering client, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the position of F&B Administrative Assistant.

Accountabilites

  • Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage Manager
  • Coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage department, follow up on outstanding issues
  • Update database, handle pretty cash, expense claims, compile costing information and regular reports
  • Maintain good rapport with guests, follow up on customers' enquiries and complaints

Attributes

  • Diploma in F&B, Hospitality Management preferred with 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC experience in MS office, especially Excel (includes Pivot Table & V-Look Up)
