Qualifications

Diploma holder or related disciplines
Minimum 1 years' clerical or secretarial working experience in multi-national corporation
Proficiency in written and oral English
Tactful and sociable, able to communicate with staff of all level
Management reports and minutes preparation
Independent and well organized with high efficiency and accuracy
Experienced in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
