Job Responsibilities 工作職責
Serves food and beverage to guests and delights guest by providing personalized and gracious service
Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details
Presents wine lists and recommend beverages and wines as required
Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations
Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition
Job Requirement 工作要求
Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Bar Host / Hostess
Fresh graduates will also be considered
