Job Description:

  • Provide support and manage the day-to-day operations of back office processing, life-cycle events, clearing and settlements of Treasury Products including but not limit to FX, Fixed Incomes, Repo/ Reverse Repo, IRS, CDS and OTC Derivatives
  • Ensure the completeness and correctness of the back office operations process comply with the Regulatory standards and internal approved P&P
  • Liaise with various internal/external parties for the launch of new products/business, resolving and operational, settlement and system issues where applicable
  • Handle and process Book Transfer/RTGS/TT payments, Euroclear/Clearstream, DTCC, CMU and Fedwire instructions within the delegated authority
  • Monitor and reconcile bank cash movement and balance
  • Perform custodian and brokerage reconciliation
  • Understand and respond to inquiries from business units and support groups through the use of effective communication
  • Handle ad hoc tasks when required
  • Participate in project and streamline operations process

Skills and Abilities

  • Good command of spken and written English and Putonghua
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • High control mindset
  • Motivated and committed to excellence; positive attitude and "can do" work ethic
  • Knowledge on vanilla derivatives products, knowledge and experience in dealing with structured products / fixed income products / derivatives
  • Initiative with good interpersonal skill, be able to work independently and at the same time in a teamwork environment.
  • Good PC skills including MS Word and Excel


  • Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • At least 5 years relevant expereince
