FIELD ENGINEER (IT SUPPORT)(Salary range 15-25K, 5 days)

One of the leading Hong Kong IT managed services and solution providers (with other regional offices in Macau, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Foshan and Taiwan) is looking for 2 directly hired experenced Field Engineer:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as 1st point of contact for business users to resolve technical issues on software and hardware related to desktop and mobile both in office and stores environment
- Provide on-site technical and user support as well as troubleshoot on malfunction
- Provide system setup, administration and technical support to Windows and Linux platform
- Handle systems backup and monitoring, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- DSE Diploma or equivalent / Asso. Deg or High Dip
- Sounded knowledge on computer server hardware, systems, PC and software applications (on-job training will be provided)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in in desktop and users support is highly preferred
- Hands on experiences in Window servers, VMWare platform will be definitely an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Team player, proactive and willing to learn
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
