Our Client is seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative Field Marketing Manager to work in our Hong
Kong office to drive lead generation, marketing programs, content marketing, campaigns, social media, partner
marketing and events for all lines of business in the Asia-Pacific region.

The position will be in the Marketing team which reports into the Global Sales organization. It requires significant collaboration with the Asia-Pacific sales leaders and account managers. It will also involve partnering with many other parts of the business including corporate communications, product management, customer service and the executive leadership.


  • Work closely with Sales Management and Account Executives to generate leads and drive customer engagement; this includes excellent communication and team skills to earn the trust of the global sales organization.
  • Assess and measure the efficacy of demand generation initiatives as well as other marketing programs and campaigns; includes measuring marketing ROI, benchmarking & KPI reporting, campaign performance and building/maintaining marketing dashboards that provide visibility in overall marketing performance.
  • Align with regional sales leaders and account managers to plan and execute a calendar of programs in support of regional sales and marketing goals.
  • Manage joint marketing with partners.
  • Experience creating sales support materials including training, collateral, presentations, case studies and press releases; leverage content on a local basis into custom marketing programs.
  • A strong understanding of various marketing channels including e-mail, events, webinars, advertising, newsletters; includes driving marketing automation practices.


  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years marketing experience which includes collaborating with teams dispersed across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong writing and communication skills; this will help with content creation for marketing programs.
  • Ability to interface effectively with sales leaders and sales reps; being able to collaborate closely with dispersed sales teams in the region; it is absolutely critical for this person to be a respected partner of Sales for him or her to be successful in the role; being very driven is key.
  • Strong skills in running marketing campaigns locally and driving lead generation programs; skills in Marketo (marketing automation) and Salesforce would be beneficial but not required – the tools can be learnt and I already have people on the team with expertise in these areas
  • Experience in working within a customer focused sales environment with a strong understanding of saleschannels and market segments.
  • Expertise in spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Experience working on highly cross-functional teams with ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Experience in financial markets preferred but not required
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (eg. Marketo) and preferred but not required.
