Field Sales Manager - Food Services

 Role and Responsibility

  • Lead a team of field sales to achieve company’s sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales plan, including promotion and price
  • Supervise and monitor the team to ensure efficient and effective daily operation
  • Work with other departments to facilitate payment collections
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers including periodical tender and yearly contracts
  • Develop new customers and sales channels
  • Preparing sales report
  • Appraise the team’s performance via effective coaching skills


  • Post-secondary education / Higher Diploma or above
  • Effective communication in Chinese and English
  • 10 years’ or above experience in catering / institutional sales (food is preferred), at least 3 of them in managerial position in large sales force with successful track records
  • Strong network in key chains is essential
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
  • Target oriented, positive attitude and strong leadership
