Field Service Engineer II 二級機組現場維修工程師
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Work independently to service electromechanical banking ATM equipment within the established time frame
- Perform banking ATM installation/uninstallation, maintenance, and respond to service calls promptly
- Accurately diagnose hardware & software problems, Effectively resolve problems
- Perform preventive maintenance repair by diagnosing existing or potential issues; Clean, Calibrate and Adjust as conditions indicate.
- Communicate with backoffice support operations team to resolve on-site issues, Follow instructions to execute the assigned tasks well
- Document service and installation actions by completing Job reports
Work Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree/Certification in Mechanical or related engineering/technical fields.
- Comprehensive training of our ATMs will be provided
- Willing to work flexible shifts
- Possess strong written, verbal and non-verbal (good attitude, a willing team player) communication skills.
- A HK resident
- Able to converse in Cantonese and English. Good reading & written skills in English & Chinese
$18,250-22,800/month Salary range depending on education level and relevant experience
