Field Service Engineer (Laser Devices)
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Responsible for repair & maintenance of energy based devices
- Provide onsite technical service in medical aesthetics centers, clinics and hospital
- Maintain good customer relationship, resulting in renewal of service contracts
- Assist supervisor in service reporting
- Support product demonstration
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior position
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Biomedical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years or above related experiences
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, can-do attitude, good team player
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in PC skills
