Field Support Engineer

The Role

  • To provide onsite support, installation, break/fix on Server and Storage products at  customer site
  • To work with vendors on technical support issues
  • To prepare service reports on support calls
  • To conduct User Acceptance Tests and Trainings

 

The Person

  • Degree/High Diploma holder in Computer Science /Electronic Engineering or related  disciplines with one year working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Working independently.
