職責:
帶領團隊推廣Fila優雅及活力的時尚服飾, 達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
管理店內日常運作包括人手安排及培訓、貨品管理等
分析及管理店舖銷售及數據、如銷售商品達成、制定行動計劃以作出匯報
確保與營運部門之間的有效溝通及執行公司政策
要求:
3年經驗(*主管) 至5年(*店舖助理經理)或以上零售服飾管理經驗者優先考慮
*懂得分析及管理店舖銷售及數據、如銷售商品達成、制定行動計劃
具成熟及優良之人事管理、領導才能及管理技巧
具獨立處事能力同時注重團隊合作精神
