Responsibilities:

  • Handle team administration work
  • Perform daily input of accounting operation
  • Maintain proper statutory record and filing system for group companies
  • Assist in ERP implementation and system update
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in MNC
  • Proficient in providing full range of finance and admin support independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer literate with good PC skills in using MS Office applications
  • Mature personality plus strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure
