Finance and Administration Executive
Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Finance and Administration Executive. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time.
Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assisting in revenue cycle (billing & collection)
- Manage daily receipts reconciliation within the account receivable systems
- Follow up on outstanding receivables (include frequent calling and emailing)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Degree holder in Accounting
- Experience in handling collection of account receivables
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity
- Good computer skills/proficient in MS Office applications
- Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
