Finance Associate

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience with hands-on commercial
exposure
  • Experience gained from private equity fund/real estate industries will
be a distinct advantage
  • Undergraduate/graduate degree in accounting, qualified accountant with
"Big 4" experience
  • Experience and knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
  • Reliable individual with attention to details and the ability to
deliver high quality work with minimal supervision and guidance under
tight deadlines
  • Mature individual with a positive attitude and a strong team player
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) with strong written and
oral communication skills

Job Duties:
  • Assist the preparation of quarterly and annual fund level financial
statements and interface with joint ventures partners, third party
service providers and auditors
  • Perform other daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and
reporting functions
  • Prepare investor capital calls, distributions and capital statements
  • Cash management and FX exposure reporting of the various fund entities
and affiliates, including preparation of cashflow projection
  • General administrative duties (investment SPV(s) set up, KYC, bank
account opening, corporate secretarial paperwork, interface with fund
administrator)
  • Assist with US tax reporting for funds (where necessary)
  • Assist with ad-hoc business requests and projects
