 Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily routine account affairs and prepare periodically statements and management reports
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Provide general clerical suport and administrative duties
  • Responsible for AP & AP functions, daily cash registry, and banking report
  • Handle staff reimbursement claims
  • Assist Supervisor and Manager in month end closing and reports / schedules preparation
  • Perform ad-hoc duties required by the Management

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above with LCCI Intermediate or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Kingdee (K3) is a definite advantage
  • Self-motivated with strong of responsibility
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
