Finance Department - Assistant Manager / Accountant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines / AAT qualification
  • Minimum of 6 years of Accounting/ Finance or relevant experience gained from MNC
  • Minimum of 4 years of Accounts Receivables experience gained from MNC
  • Proficiency in MS Office application with advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, vlookup..etc)
  • Knowledge in SAP /Oracle is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mind with prior experience in financial analysis problem solving, capability of handling multi-tasking and work under pressure is an advantage
  • Independent, flexible, energetic, pro-active with good communication skills
  • Proficiency of verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • "Can-do" attitude is a must
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and consolidate China subsidiary financial results for monthly management reporting
  • Handle month-end closing reports and financial analysis, i.e. Sales variance analysis, etc
  • Review departmental financial results
  • Handle accounts receivables
  • Involve in annual budgeting, forecast and other financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Review and liaise statutory accounts and tax filing and returns with external service providers
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
