Finance Department (In-House) - Account Clerk (1 Year's Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • To perform daily accounting duties including preparing invoices and vouchers, bank and other internal reconciliations
  • To input data into computer system and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and timely;
  • To assist in month-end closing and other reports on daily or weekly basis
  • To support the team in overall accounting and clerical duties
  • To assist in other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • F.5/DSE with LCCI Intermediate
  • With at least 1 year’s working experience in accounting field is preferred
  • Good communication, mature, well-organized, self-motivated and detail-orientated
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of accounting system is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
