The successful candidate is responsible for the following: 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To lead a small team of finance staff, includes job assignment, communication, objective setting, performance appraisals as well as to identify problems and resolve conflicts;
  • To review and update Finance Procedures / Policies;
  • To review the financial and management reports, tax computation and budget;
  • To review daily, monthly FRR reports and regulatory reports;
  • To oversee daily accounting operations and full set of accounts;
  • To monitor cash flow and client money;
  • To collaborate with both internal and external parties to solve finances issues; and
  • To preform ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • University or above with CPA qualification;
  • Minimum 8 years working experience, which 2 years in managerial level at securities firms;
  • Knowledge of HK Equities and Derivatives, Global Futures, Global Market;
  • Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibilities;
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, attention to details & problem-solving skills; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must.
