Finance, HR & Admin Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

For a small team:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently, includes data input, A/R, A/P, Ledger, Bank Reconciliation and cheque payment, etc.
  • Responsible for preparing financial reports and management accounts
  • Liaise with Auditor for annual audits
  • Verify and process payments and expenses disbursements
  • Liaise with bank for bank issues and follow up related documents as per required
  • Liaise with Company Secretary as required
  • Support hiring, prepare monthly payroll calculation, MPF administration, other benefits administration and taxation
  • Basic shipping support
  • Provide other clerical and administrative support to the team as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties when required

 

Basic Qualification

  • Higher diploma in accounting or equivalent

 

Relevant Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Good knowledge in Hong Kong accounting standards, tax rules, employment ordinance and related regulations
  • Proficient in Peachtree software
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office is a must
  • Experience in Research & Development company is an advantage
  • Good team player, responsible, well organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Detail minded, flexible and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
