FINANCE MANAGER – PORTFOLIO LEASING DEPARTMENT
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Consolidating revenue and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set
- Monitoring the leasing portfolio and reviewing asset positioning to maximize usage of resources
- Preparing periodic business plans, asset management reports to management for review
- Developing financial and operational assumptions
- Preparing financial model analysis for leasing portfolio
- Analyzing financial information, industry data and economic statistics, developing financial models and preparing research reports
Requirements:
- ACCA / HKICPA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry
- Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
