Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager

  • Qualified Accountant and member of the HKICPA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Audit experience is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Familiar with Flex System is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager

Job Duties:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial accounting works
  • Process payments
  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports & analysis
  • Handle bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions and assist in preparing cash flow forecast
  • Monitor daily operation in account receivable and debt collection including preparation of client billing statements
  • Monitor daily operation in account payable and reconciliation including all supplier payments
  • Maintain an effective financial control, reporting and processing system and ensure compliance with the company and statutory requirements
  • Support ad hoc assignments / projects as requested
  • Provide guidance to subordinates in daily operation
