Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Professional accounting qualification with over 5 years' accounting
  • Prior experience in investment project evaluation, corporate finance
and financial due diligent will be preferable
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills, proficient use of Excel including Macro
as an added advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and
  • Occasional travel is required; and
  • Immediately available is preferable

Job Duties :
  • Report to Group Financial Controller
  • Participate in investment projects evaluation, financial due diligence
as well as project management and implementation
  • Closely monitor project progress, identify risk factors and make
  • Maintain project-related records, including financial reports
contracts and banking facility documents
  • Assist in streamlining procedures to improve the operational
efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with external parties such as vendor, lawyer, auditor, banker
and tax consultant, etc.; and
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
