Finance Manager, FP&A, HK & Macau (Retail brand, 55-65K x13 +Bonus)
A large retail brand is actively hiring an experienced Finance Manager to fill in a team leader role. Reporting to Finance Director, the main duties include but not limited to:

- Review and prepare budgeting and forecasting across the company with different departments
- Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports and analysis, operating expenses review, CAPEX and variance analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis with EVA approach
- Supervise inventory control activities from the finance's point of views
- Work closely with retail stores on finance operations issues
- Coordinate with Share Service Team on financial accounting functions
- Monitor internal control policies, finance procedures and statutory compliance matters
- Perform any ad-hoc projects when required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience on FP&A, financial accounting and store operations gained from retail industry or MNC
- With inventory management experience is an advantage
- A good team player, proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
