Finance Manager - Sourcing

A sourcing division of a globally leading retail group. The company is a listed MNC with retail operations within the European region. With a global sourcing office in Hong Kong, the role covers the APAC region and manages a growing finance team of over 8 staff.

The role:

• Reporting to the Financial Controller, manage all rounded accounting duties including reporting, accounting and analysis functions
• Work closely with local and overseas finance teams to deliver management reports and analysis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for monthly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure that all overseas accounting and financial issues are resolved in a timely matter
• Manage a team of 8 subordinates within HK and overseas staff in AP, AR and Management reporting function
• Ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 12 years or more in an all rounded accounting function, experience with financial reporting and accounting
• Previous experience working in trading, distribution or sourcing industry, team leading experience preferred
• Qualified Accountant is required, excellent business acumen and able to work with overseas staff
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediately available preferred
