Finance Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall daily accounting and finance operations
• Lead the account team and ensure that all month-end and yearly-end closing are completed accurately, in timely manner and in accordance with corporate guideline
• Analyze financial data, communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Execute on-going review and enhancement on accounting workflows
• Manage cash flow, ensure adequate funding for operating expenses
• Responsible for budget and forecasting
• Lead, coach and develop the team to build the team core competence
• Travel to China is needed
• Take on special projects as assigned
• Liaise with external auditors

Position Requirements

• University graduate with major in finance or accounting and qualified CPA
• Minimum 8 years work experience in the field of Accounting or Auditing. Experience in manufacturing industry is a MUST. Big 4 working experience is preferred
• Have proven track record of managing China account team
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, supervisory and management skills
• Strong communication skills required
• High proficiency in English and Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
