This is a position reporting to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager within Regional Finance department, and is responsible for various financial and reporting activities related to business and strategic planning.


  • Assist in defining and implementing the necessary financial and management accounting infrastructure to meet all management reporting requirements
  • Support the setup of cost centre and reporting roll-up structure to facilitate accurate financial reporting at regional and global level
  • Recommend modifications and assist in streamlining/improving financial procedures and processes where appropriate
  • Compile regional standard reports for business units and the management of the company
  • Work closely with other finance teams to receive/retrieve and consolidate data to regional level, and also ensure data integrity in reporting
  • Monitor monthly financial results and conduct trending and P&L analysis with variance explanation
  • Prepare, modify and recommend financial metrics to monitor the business performance
  • Prepare annual budget and consolidations
  • Prepare financial modeling, projection and forecasting
  • Assist in internal investment approval process and preparing supporting documents
  • Participate in feasibility studies on business proposals, building up of financial and business models to support different ad hoc projects
  • Undertake ad hoc projects


  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines plus professional designation
  • 5 years’ proven and relevant work experience in multinational companies
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and analysis and financial applications
  • Must be accurate, detailed-oriented and able to view financial information from a broad global perspective
  • Ability to structure and perform complex financial models and data queries to support strategic business planning, decisions and practices
  • Proven ability in problem solving and capacity to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision while adhering to critical deadlines
  • Conversant in Excel and PowerPoint and experience in Oracle Financials and Hyperion, an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to multitask, customer focused, and work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, good team player, self-motivated and results-oriented
