Responsibilities:
- Gather business and operational requirements from different stakeholders
- Communicate with internal business units to facilitate data application and various platforms
- Evaluate problems and risks on As-Is processes and provide actionable recommendations, align internal business processes among stakeholders and different systems ERP, CRM, eCommerce, recommend and implement automation solutions for improvement.
- Analyze operations and claim data to identify risk and trends, provide technical analysis of KPI and provide appropriate technical input in Strategic Planning processes
- Identify opportunities or gather requirements from stakeholders of the business needs, design and drive the business analytics approach and reporting
- Transfer business data into valuable business insights and intelligence and provide actionable recommendations.
- Responsible to the regular reporting generation and tracking in a quality and timely manner, as well as to support ad hoc requests on analysis
- University degree holder in Accounting & Finance or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3-year experience in analyzing financial/costing data
- Experience with manufactory industry is preferable.
- Proficiency in Excel(Macros, VBA), PowerPoint & SQL with knowledge in Python, Tableau, RPA application
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well-organized, adaptable & capable of working in fast-paced environment independently under pressure and tight schedule
- Analytical & commercial mindset, good communication, presentation skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese; able to communicate in Mandarin

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the managing, structuring and planning the company’s master data set(s).
- Gathering & understanding of business & user requirements, advise and design the execution plan for business intelligence projects
- Build up and support the reporting environment, including any Business Intelligence dashboards and platforms.
- Interpret data sets for quantitative analysis and data-driven decisions.
- Analyze business problem by assembling related data and present findings and suggestions for the stakeholders.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements, as well as developing and modifying ETL process and data-pipeline as required.
- Provide maintenance and support, evaluate potential upgrade opinions for existing applications. Contribute in setting up training material / meetings for end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Experiences:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst position
- Required knowledge in: Excel, SQL (MS SQL Server & PostgreSQL), Tableau.
- Additional knowledge in: Python, MS Dynamic (ERP), ETL tools, preferred
- Character : Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player;
- Good communication skills including spoken, written English and Chinese;
- Candidates have more exp also will be consider as Sr. Data Analyst
