Financial Controller (Frequent Travel to PRC)

Job Description

• Responsible for financial reporting, planning, forecast, cost control, budgeting of the business units in the PRC.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Requirement
• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance, associate or fellow member of ACCA/HKICPA
• Minimum 7 years’ solid financial experience in the PRC
• Good experience in cost control
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment based on accurate and timely analysis
• Strong business sense, able to work under pressure and strong adaptability
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
• PRC exposure in Leasing/Property Development is preferable
Frequent travel to PRC ( Nanjing/Tianjin/Shenyang )
