We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead and develop an accounting team of HK and Singapore staff to handle operation issues and assist to streamline work process on a continue basis;
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvements and implements solutions;
  • Add value to business by preparing financial reporting, management analysis, budget/forecast, cost-benefit analysis, and highlighting issues/risks and also areas with potential development opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain key financial performance metrics with results tracking to identify any exceptions and recommend corrective measures accordingly;
  • Budgetary controls on capital and major operating expenses such as marketing expenses;
  • Identify cost saving and profit improvement programs;
  • Assist to evaluate investment opportunities with synergies to existing business and provide financial advice in various projects for decision making;
  • Ensure compliance on legal, taxation and accounting matters;


  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Cantonese is essential
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience preferably in restaurant business with at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Good business acumen, strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent staff management and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems positively and professionally;
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
