  • Report to the CEO (Rice & FMCG Business Unit) in Hong Kong;
  • Manage and lead the Accounts Team and the Sales Credit Control Team;
  • Assist in strategic decision making, problem solving and management control;
  • Oversee all accounting and finance related matters and manage the accounting system and internal control;
  • Lead and review the preparation of timely and quality management reports, financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow;
  • Direct and drive assessment, prepare financial planning and analysis in relation to various strategic initiatives and investment projects;
  • Evaluate different strategic business models for organic and external growth opportunities;
  • Review and ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance with internal and external regulatory control requirements, statutory regulations and standards;
  • Identify and implement ongoing operational improvement, procedures enhancement and cost efficiencies to achieve annual budgets;
  • Maintain an open and creative mind in supporting general performance and continuous growth of the Company;
  • Build and maintain cross-functional good relationship, communication, influence and interact with all levels of internal parties and stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the Company;
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with external business partners, auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisors;
  • Review and manage all areas of sales credit control including billing and reports;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments.


  • Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or related discipline with ACCA or HKICPA qualification;
  • Minimum 15 years’ working experience with at least 8 years of which in managerial level;
  • Proficient in HK Financial Reporting Standard and Tax regulations, with working experience in a publicly listed company would be an advantage;
  • Proven track records in leadership roles, good team player, problem solver & self-starter;
  • Strong business acumen, sound, resourceful and analytical skills;
  • Meticulous to details, strong adaptability and integrity;
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with internal and external parties;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
