Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) Manager

Position Description:

The FP&A Manager reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager and is responsible for performing financial budgeting on a yearly basis and financial forecast and business analysis on a monthly basis. This position is also responsible for monitoring daily cashflow position and updating daily business reports. This is a role with supervisory responsibilities to oversee the group’s efforts in effective budgeting and to provide financial analysis to support Bravo’s financial health.


What are we looking for?

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Qualified Accountant (HKICPA or equivalent)
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese


Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the FP&A team
  • Update business reports on a daily basis
  • Monitor cashflow position and update cashflow forecast on a daily basis
  • Work with the Accounting Team on monthly accounts closing
  • Co-ordinate with various departments for the preparation and submission of business analysis and variance analysis of actual against budget/historical financial results
  • Responsible for the financial forecast on a monthly basis and the 5-year budget plan
  • Prepare & submit regular and ad hoc reports to the Government
  • Participate in computerized system enhancement and development
