Coordinating, formulate, manage and execute tasks of system related projects for deposits and payment, including but not limit to system requirement, acceptance test, data migration and implementation plan formulation
Formulate, develop and improve products and services in order to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and efficiency
Manage, formulate of products plan and constantly monitor, tracking and make recommendations to improve the overall business performance
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Translate business strategy to digital transaction innovation strategy to ensure seamless execution and implementation of the digital platforms.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in business administration
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in deposit or payment product management or project management or business line in banking or financial industry
Knowledge in Fintech and product management is a plus
Excellent English and Chinese writing skills,
Meticulous at work, good analytical and logical thinking skills
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
