Fitting Out Designer

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients/ designers/ contracting teams to understand the project construction procedure and details
• Provide design drawings &/or solutions which comply fully to building regulations, so site work could proceed on project schedule
• Handle and prepare full set of fitting out shopdrawing to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements
• Handle and sketch for construction detailing and relevant edits

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in architectural studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in fitting out projects &/or construction field.
• Possess knowledge on building regulations & construction procedures.
• Knowledge on furniture design would be of advantage.
• High proficiency in CAD or SOLIDWORKS and other building application softwares
• Team player with good communication skills
• Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Designer
