The fleet technical management officer is in charge of all the technical aspects of his assigned fleet, nose to tail. He is the single point of contact for crew / dispatch / MROs / authorities as well as the aircraft owner for any maintenance – technical matter.


  • Ensure the continued airworthiness of the fleet
  • Evaluate ADs and SBs issued by the relevant Authorities and OEMs
  • Ensure timely renewal of the various aircraft airworthiness related certificates, documents, manuals and service agreements
  • Assist & coordinate with Airworthiness inspector for and during the CoA renewal process
  • Maintain aircraft technical records in good order
  • Monitoring and Updating of computerized maintenance tracking tools
  • Issue scheduled and unscheduled maintenance workscope, request quotations from MROs, review them and get customer approval
  • Coordinate maintenance inputs with dispatch-operations  and customer and keep all parties informed on progress
    Oversee MRO work, control costs and timeline
  • Verify and control all MRO invoices prior release for payment
  • Advise customers on technical matters (vendors’ contracts, modifications, service bulletins, maintenance inputs, retrofits…)
  • Organize support during A.O.G events in coordination with dispatch-operation, flight crew and keep customer informed
  • For new aircraft joining the fleet complete vendors application forms and provider contracts
  • Coordinate the Phase In and Phase Out of Aircrafts
  • Maintain good relationship with OEMs and airworthiness authorities representatives


  • min 3 years experience in a CAMO environment
  • Experience with Business Jets (Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, Dassault, Boeing, Airbus)
  • Good knowledge about OTAR’s, EASA Part M, Part 145 and effective Part 21 Regulations
  • Fluent in English

Job Specific Skills:

  • Conversant with MS Office, CAMP, CMP or other Maintenance Tracking systems (TRAX, AMOS, etc)
  • Good communications, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Pride in performing to the best of own ability.
