HKMC is seeking a caring, mature, dynamic and patient orientated individual to take care of the running of its patient reception area.
 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients, guiding patients on their arrival to our clinic
  • Create a warm, stress-free atmosphere when patients arrive at our clinic
  • Liaising with reception and cashier staff and ensure patients feel comfortable while waiting for their appointments
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy
  • Handle any patient questions or complaints calmly
  • Oversee daily operations of the reception and cashier area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant clinic/customer service experience preferred, and past receptionist experience and clinic solution software experience would be a bonus
  • Mature, pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
  • Complaints Handling experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate availability an advantage
  • 5.5 days work
