Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of Room Attendants to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, floor corridors and public areas
  • Examine the cleaned guest rooms and public areas, and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities
  • Provide proper training and guidance to the team

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Diploma holder in Hotel Management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with minimum 1 year’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Work on shift duties

工作職責

  • 編派及監督房務員的工作,以確保客房,走廊及公共區域的整潔
  • 為清理後的客房和公共區域進行檢查,確保所有設施操作正常及得到妥善保養
  • 為團隊提供適當的培訓和指導

工作要求

  • 中五學歷程度或以上
  • 持有酒店管理相關之文憑將被優先考慮
  • 具五年或以上相關工作經驗,並具至少一年督導經驗
  • 具備良好的中文及英文說寫能力,包括普通話
  • 須輪班工作
