Floor Supervisor / Public Area Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and schedule the duties for a team of Room Attendants and Guest Services Attendants
• Ensure the cleanliness in the apartments and public areas
• Handle residents’ enquiry and complaint and well liaise with different departments
• Complete any special assignment as instructed by Assistant Housekeeper

Requirements:

• F.5 or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism management
• 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in serviced apartments or hotels in which 2 years at supervisory level
• Excellent leadership & communication skills
• Service oriented and detail-minded
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
