In this position you are expected to:

  • Manage operations and finance of chain coffee shops and bar in multiple locations to meet the highest service level
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talents
  • Uplift existing outlets and develop new ones whenever necessary
  • Formulate business strategies to adapt to rapidly changing business environments
  • Report to Management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

The ideal person:

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 6 years' working experience in coffee shop with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Sound knowledge of restaurant management software (i.e. POS) and Microsoft applications
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
