If you have a mininum of four years' experience in hotel food and beverage operations or lifestyle restaurants; if you have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, training and coaching skills; you're proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; if you enjoy wearing jeans to work and eat pressure for breakfast, then we want you at penta!
