Food & Beverage Controller
Job Details:
- Strong problem-solving skills to be effective.
- Involved in the purchase of different products, must possess excellent negotiation skills to negotiate the best prices and deals with vendors.
- Good organising/inventory skills to arrange and maintain records of available stocks effectively.
- Control and determine the consumption needs of a business.
- Very good knowledge on P&L
- Manage deliveries and usage.
- Prepare analysis and daily reports.
- Candidates must have at least five years experience as F&B controller;
- Good spoken and written in English and Cantonese;
- Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word.
