Assist the Food and Beverage Management Team to develop, implement and execute relevant revenue strategies, marketing plans and to grow overall Food and Beverage Revenue proactively
Maximize total restaurant food and beverage revenue and profit through effective sales calls and proactive relationship management
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of related work experience in hotel, preferably in similar positio
Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills
Well organized, out-going and be a team player
