Job Duties

  • Report to the Head of Asia-Pacific Business Department and lead the Foreign Enterprises Section to actively implement business development actions for achieving the agreed annual targets
  • Lead and motivate RMs to achieve the agreed annual business targets
  • Develop and maintain close relationship with existing and potential customers, Head Office and overseas branches
  • Manage team members to identify accurately and assess all risk inherent in credit exposure by adhering to group’s credit policies and standards. Keep vigilant to any deteriorating credits to ensure bank’s interests be always protected
  • Provide coaching, guidance, regular feedback, encouragement and an open communication environment to staff in order to manage their on-going performance improvement
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assignment by the senior management of the bank

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with major in Business, Economics or Accounting is preferred
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in Corporate Banking field, with relevant supervisory experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge in the Asia-Pacific loan markets with strong regional customer relationship
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the staff in meeting assigned targets and achieving goal
  • Excellent credit analytical skills and good understanding of relevant business regulations, policies and work process
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
